 Hello everybody!

Thank you so much for emails that have been sent our way.  They are so appreciated.  The first thing I do each day after work is look at my email and read them.  All of you mean so much to us.
Mexico has treated us well.  We have a host of new friends with all of our Missionary Couples.  We just had family home evening.  I think there were twenty two! The people in charge of media were showing what they had been doing.  They have been having music contests with the youth in Mexico, trying to get some good spanish music that can be used for EFY..  People have been coming from Salt Lake to help teach the youth here how to write and sing.  I think Dad was thinking:  " And I am in the office going over Bishop recommendations and taking notes at meetings!"  You all know how he loves music!  Some friends just stopped in to chat so I got interrupted....  Saturday night we are going out to dinner to say Good-bye to the Sandburgs.  ( the ones we are replacing) We will hate to see them leave. Sunday we are having a big dinner upon the roof of the hotel.  Everyone will have to carry their own chair up or sit on the ground.  It is going to be fun.  In case of rain, we will line the hall in front of our apt.
 Hello everybody!
Saturday we spent the morning at Chapultepec.  The weather and the park were so beautiful.  Here are some pictures.  Amanda, I knew I had to get this blog going after all your effort to teach me. I still have all of your notes.

This is Maximillians and Carlot's carriage.  It looks like Cinderella's!

  3. Wow! That looks very exciting! It must be so fun to be serving with all those other senior couples. I bet you will make some excellent friends.

Maybe once Dad has settled in a bit he will have some time to help with the music?

Those pictures are beautiful. Tomorrow we'll show Deborah the pictures and send you a transcript of what she says. I bet that when she sees the carriage the first words out her mouth will be about Cinderella. We have been reading her the "Lion the Witch and the Wardobe" Tonight Aslan died and she was very sad. When he came back to life in the next chapter she was so happy and excited. Tomorrow we are poised to finish up the book- and now that Aslan is back she is excited for the good guys to win. There are talking horses and even Unicorns in Narnia- and Deborah is in love with those stories. She will be very excited to see these pictures of you! We Love you!
